Service Description

Participants/Educators, Ed. Leaders will be taught in a cohort setting designed to provide collaborative, hands-on, and engaging professional learning experiences that directly impact classroom instruction, school leadership, student achievement, and overall school improvement outcomes. The Georgia Education Series is structured to equip educators with practical strategies, research-based instructional practices, leadership development tools, and innovative approaches that can be immediately implemented within schools and classrooms across Georgia. Through interactive sessions, educators will engage in meaningful discussions, problem-solving activities, case studies, instructional modeling, reflective practices, and collaborative planning opportunities. The cohort model allows participants to build professional networks, strengthen peer collaboration, and learn alongside other educators facing similar educational challenges and opportunities. Courses within the Education Series will focus on high-impact areas such as instructional leadership, standards-based teaching and learning, classroom management, restorative practices, school climate and culture, data-driven instruction, PLC implementation, student engagement strategies, differentiated instruction, MTSS supports, teacher leadership development, educational equity, Science of Reading practices, STEM integration, behavior interventions, and effective family and community engagement. Participants will also receive support in developing actionable plans, systems, and strategies that align with district and school improvement goals while promoting continuous improvement and sustainable educational practices. Sessions are designed to support teachers, instructional coaches, aspiring leaders, administrators, counselors, interventionists, and other educational professionals seeking to expand their knowledge, strengthen leadership capacity, and improve outcomes for all students. The Georgia Education Series is committed to empowering educators through transformative learning experiences that foster excellence, innovation, collaboration, and student-centered leadership. Each cohort will provide opportunities for professional growth, reflection, accountability, and practical application to ensure participants leave with tools and resources that can create lasting impact within their schools and communities.
