Welcome,

Our Executive Director is Dr. Tiffany Richardson. She has served for over 26 years in an Early Childhood setting and is committed to making a significant difference in the lives of all youth.  She was  pre -destined to impact the lives of students and their families. She has taught in private and public schools. She has taught multiple elementary grades and has served as a tutor and mentor for all ages. 

 

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University, Master's of Education in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University, a Specialist Degree in Administration & Supervision from Central Michigan University and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and Organizational Management. She is licensed by Georgia Standards Commission Board and holds an L-7 certificate. After graduating with honors from each of these collegiate programs and applying her knowledge through hands on classroom experiences she has developed her own educational philosophy that reaches out to all diverse learners.

 

She has been recognized for working with low achieving students and raising their test scores significantly in one academic school year. As well as working with high achievers and providing them with the higher ordered thinking skills and challenges needed to excel with the Bloom's Taxonomy theory.  She truly believes in using innovative teaching strategies that make learning fun and engaging for students and believes in utilizing Marzano's High Yield Strategies. Unity Learning Network, Inc. connects student’s daily instruction with interdisciplinary and differentiated instruction and

integrates lessons with hands on learning experiences. Dr. Richardson has been recognized for accelerating new readers to fluency and comprehension and for advancing accelerated thinkers from basic knowledge application to advanced critical thinkers and problem solvers.

 

Preparing future leaders and developing the whole child is at the forefront of her agenda. She desires to see students excel academically, so they can compete in today's global work market making a positive contributions to the communities in which they live. High morals and ethics are as equally important and these values are reinforced through daily character education lessons and concurrent biblical themes. Dr. Richardson is also known for rewarding students for their academic accomplishments.  She hosts end of the year celebration banquets annually to honor her students for their achievements. Students dress in their fine dining attire and are accompanied by their family members and friends as they walk the red carpet with their crowns and tiaras for the evening.

 

Tiffany is looking to provide premium quality services to parents that desire more for their children. Her experience has allowed her to develop a comprehensive college preparatory program that meet the needs of the whole child and provides academic rigor and well rounded enrichment.
